Many Autofy users sync hundreds of records every week and looking at one big list likely wont be of much help. That's why we added several filters to Status Center. So, if you are one of the users syncing a large amount of records, our filters will help you make the data a bit more manageable to look at. 

Below is a quick overview of the filter options available to you and how you can use them to narrow down your data. 

How to filter within Status Center:

The Status Filter:
Every record you sync will have it's own "status". We currently have 4 possible statuses for records (successful, error, warning or filtered out). Depending on what you are interested in seeing, you can narrow down your records by status. For example, let's say you know you had some records that ran into an error, but you don't know which records they were. Simply select the Error option in the Status Filter to pull up only records that had an error.  (For more info on what the Statuses mean, click here

The Workflow Filter:
The workflow filter may not apply to all users, but there are some users that sync with more than one workflow. For example, the below user syncs with Shopify, Salesforce and QuickBooks; and has two workflows. If they only want to see records that synced in one workflow they can easily narrow it down by selecting the appropriate workflow. 

The Date Range Filter:
As simple as it sounds, this filter allows you to filter by a date range. We have a few standard options available, but we also allow you to create a custom range.


The Search Bar:
The search bar allows you to search for a specific record by entering the record name. This can be very helpful if you are curious about the status of a specific record. For example, let's say that you know the Opportunity "Test 1234" should have come over in the last sync but you don't see it in QuickBooks. You can simply enter "Test 1234" in the search bar and hit 'Go'. Status Center will filter to this exact record and you will easily be able to tell if the record ran into an error or was filtered out.
