You've downloaded and installed the Agent and you opened it, but you do not see Autofy running. What's going on?
Most likely, the Agent is running as a background process. How do you find the Agent? Follow the below steps.
If the Agent is running but you do not see the Agent window on your screen or the Agent icon in the taskbar, follow the below steps:
- Locate your system tray
- Look for the Autofy icon
- Right click on the Autofy icon
- Select Configure
This will open the Autofy Agent window. If you do not see the Autofy icon in the system tray, then Autofy is not currently running.
