The options for setting up field mappings within Autofy are near endless, and we admit, with all the options it can be a bit overwhelming. We want nothing more than for your sync to pull over all of your data in a way that fits your needs perfectly. So, if you ever get stuck please reach out. By providing us with the information below we should be able to get your mapping questions answered in no time!

  • What objects are you syncing with and which fields do you need assistance mapping. 
  • Provide a screenshot of the mapping you currently have added.  
  • Provide a screenshot example of a record in your source object with the field you are trying to map highlighted.  
  • Provide a screenshot example of a record in your destination object with the field you are trying to map highlighted.  
  • If you are receiving an error with the current mapping you have added, provide a screenshot of the exact error you are receiving.  
  • If you are not receiving an error but the fields are not populating as expected provide details of what is happening versus what you are expecting to happen.  

As a reminder, please know that depending on your specific scenario, we may ask for more details but giving us the information above is a great start.

I am not receiving an error message

If you are not receiving an error but the fields are not populating as expected provide details of what is happening versus what you are expecting to happen.

The  billing address is not pulling into the Invoice in QuickBooks.
