Alert Message:
QuickBooks cannot be initialized. Please try again.

Cause of Alert:
This alert indicates that Autofy was unable to properly connect to QuickBooks. This could be caused by a variety of reasons such as more than one QuickBooks Company File is Open, the incorrect company file is open or the connection with QuickBooks needs to be reestablished. 


  • Review the QuickBooks Company File  you have open on the desktop or server where Autofy is installed and ensure the file Autofy is connected to is the only file open. 
  • Often restarting QuickBooks or running your sync with QuickBooks closed will resolve the error. 
  • Disconnect and reconnect your QuickBooks channel within the Connection Settings.
