Once you have fully tested your newly created sync, there are a few things to review prior to switching over to your Production Environments. Check out the below list for things to consider. 

Be sure to switch both of your Channels:
This one might be seem pretty obvious, but it is a very important step. If you do not have both channels switched over properly, you could end up syncing test data into your production environment.

Review the "Created and Modified" timestamps for each of your Steps:
Autofy uses these timestamps to determine which data to sync. Depending on how long you have been testing, you may want these timestamps moved forward so Autofy does not sync data that has already been added into both systems using your old process.

Contact Autofy to clear out your saved Record Matching:
When records are synced, Autofy automatically links them together behind the scenes by the internal ID's for both of your channels. Depending on the system you are integrating Autofy with, some of the ID's synced during your tests could overlap with your production record. To avoid any potential issues we recommend that you reach out to us so we can clear out the record matching for your test syncs on our side.
