Autofy is a great tool to help reduce the amount of manual data entry you have to complete, but it is still important to keep an eye out for any errors that may happen during your sync. To make this task easy for you, you can sign up to receive Error Email Alerts right from your Autofy Account. By signing up to receive Error Emails, any Errors that occur during your sync will be emailed directly to you.
To sign up for Autofy Error Emails, follow the steps below:
1. Login to your Autofy Account at autofy.propelware.com.
2. From the left side menu, choose the Workflow you would like to receive Error Emails for.
3. When you are in the Workflow, click on Settings at the top of the page.
4. In the Notifications area of the pop up box, simply check the box next to Email to enable Error Email Alerts and enter up to two email addresses. Then click Save.
That's it! Once you follow those steps you will receive an email from Autofy anytime there is an error with your sync.
