Cause of Alert:
This error indicates that your web connector for Autofy was unable to connect to the Autofy servers. For QuickBooks Desktop users this generally indicates that your Autofy agent is not active. it can also be caused by a slow internet connection.
- Verify that both the desktop where your Autofy Agent is installed and the Autofy Agent are logged into and active.
- If the Autofy Agent is active, open it up and click the Edit and Save button next to the Agent Token field.
- Verify that you have a stable internet connection.
