Alert Message:
Item 'Item Name' was not found in QuickBooks. (Message can vary depending on destination connection.)

Cause of Alert:
This is a data related error caused when the item or product on the transaction being synced does not exist in the destination channel. 

Resolution: 

  • Add the item or product into the destination connection. 
  • Change the item on the transaction to an item that does exist in the destination connection. 

Example:
The user below was attempting to sync Wholesale Opp 0011 with seven items on it. Four of the seven items were not found in QuickBooks causing the user to receive the below message. 

For this record to sync, the user will need to add these items into QuickBooks.
