Our main goal here at Propelware is to save you time by reducing the amount of manual data entry you need to do. To save you even more time, Autofy comes with an option for you to set up your Sync to run on a Schedule. This means even less manual work for you! Simply set up the scheduler and let Autofy run.
To set up your Scheduler, follow the steps below:
1. Login to your Autofy Account at autofy.propelware.com.
2. From the left side menu, choose the Workflow you would like to receive Error Emails for.
3. When you are in the Workflow, click on Settings at the top of the page.
4. In the pop up box, check the box under the Sync Scheduler section to enable the scheduler. Then choose how often, between what times, and what days of the week you would like Autofy to Run. Then click save.
Once you follow those steps your sync will run for you automatically. Be sure to also sign up for Email Notifications to be informed of any errors that may occur during your sync. For more info on Email Notifications, click here.
